Shipping policy

Please allow items to ship within 3-14 business days. Please keep in mind custom orders and Liquid Baths can take 3-21 business days to complete and spiritually worked on. We can only expedite non-custom work, please allow 2-3 days for those to be shipped. Orders are shipped via USPS/UPS, and it is not our responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are dropped off. ALL claims must be resolved through USPS/UPS. PLEASE take your time to put in your correct address during checkout. Due to the nature of our products, WE HAVE A NO RETURNS POLICY!
